Spinning Babies ® Certified Parent Educator Class

As a certified Spinning Babies® Parent Educator, I offer personalized, hands-on sessions that teach you and your birth partner simple, effective techniques to support baby’s optimal position, ease pregnancy discomforts, and create more comfort and balance in your body.


These classes help to optimize body balance and function  for mothers experiencing body discomfort and a BREECH or transverse positioned baby.


The class also teaches partners how to do the Spinning Babies "Three Balances" to help your baby descend with more ease during labor.


In this private class, you'll learn:


  • Daily Essential Exercises to encourage pelvic alignment 
  • Positions and techniques for labor progress and comfort 
  • How to use gravity and movement to support baby’s rotation 
  • Partner techniques to stay connected and confident during labor

    A cozy, hands-on learning experience in the comfort of your own space, with time for personalized questions and interactive practice.
     
  • Virtual:
    A flexible, accessible option for families near or far—perfect for busy schedules or those who prefer to learn from home.
     

 Postpartum Exercise Sessions
These one-on-one sessions are designed to help you move and feel better in your body as you're navigating postpartum recovery. Reconnect with your body, gain strength, improve core and pelvic floor function, and find your BEST posture/alignment while reducing discomfort. Using a personalized approach, we’ll address movement patterns, muscle imbalances, and tension areas through breathwork, mobility, and functional exercises that support core and pelvic floor health. Perfect for:
 

  • Postpartum recovery and reconnection
     
  • Core and pelvic floor awareness
     
  • Improving posture, alignment, and daily movement patterns
     

Each session is tailored to your unique body and goals, empowering you with tools to move with strength, ease, and confidence.
