As a certified Spinning Babies® Parent Educator, I offer personalized, hands-on sessions that teach you and your birth partner simple, effective techniques to support baby’s optimal position, ease pregnancy discomforts, and create more comfort and balance in your body.
These classes help to optimize body balance and function for mothers experiencing body discomfort and a BREECH or transverse positioned baby.
The class also teaches partners how to do the Spinning Babies "Three Balances" to help your baby descend with more ease during labor.
